Sunset Sailing Cruise
San Francisco, CA
May 16, 2009
5:30pm -8:30pm
Boarding at 5:15pm

Get ready for an exhilarating evening when you join fellow alumni and friends aboard the fine yacht, Glory Days for a clean and green sunset sail.

Absolutely no sailing experience is required, and Captain Bligh will not be aboard.

Take the helm, trim the sails or just sit back and enjoy the sun and sea breezes while our experienced skipper and a well-trained crew take us safely around scenic San Francisco Bay.

All club members are invited and guests and children are welcome.

Glory Days:
We'll be sailing on a 51 foot "Morgan Out Island" staysail ketch, known to be fast, exciting and fun. Certified by the US Coast Guard to carry 42 passengers and inspected for off-shore voyages, "Glory Days" is safe and comfortable.

She has spacious decks, a cozy cockpit and a luxurious interior. The large salon is gracious and bright with the warmth of rich, hand-rubbed teak. An elegant dining area provides the perfect setting for our light appetizers and deserts.

Tickets are $65 for members and $80 for non-members.

Each member can register one guest at the member rate.

Pricing includes the cruise, an open soft drink bar, and light hor d'ouevres. Wine and beer are available on a cash-bar basis.
